Room For Rent For Female/Dog Friendly

It’s a 2 bed flat, which is located in Lochend, about 15 mins from the city centre. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen, then the bedroom which has a double bed and is fully furnished. The flat is on the second floor of the building and has a shared garden at the back. There’s bus stops outside with supermarkets/shops/gym/pub 10 min walk away.

I would like a female to move in, someone who is clean and tidy but ideally someone I could also become friends with! It would be nice to share a cup of tea or a meal sometimes but I respect if someone wants their own space also. I also stay here with my pug, so the person moving in will need to like dogs :)
