Room Available in West End

Hey! I'm moving out of my room in West End and am looking for someone to take over my place in the tenancy.
We're ideally looking for someone queer/friendly and female/nonbinary who is also a working professional. Available 7 March and must be committed to renting until at least 7 October.

It's one room in a six bedroom place, and there are currently five of us. It's furnished with a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, and coat rack. There's also view of the castle, if you're into that sort of thing.

It's a big flat: this room is on the upper floor with one other person and two storage rooms; the other four bedrooms are on the lower floor. Down there as well are two bathrooms, large living room, and kitchen with a laundry machine (and view of a cathedral). There's garden access out back as well. We have an empty bedroom room for guests and drying laundry but will look for a sixth flatmate ahead of a rent increase in May.

Rent is currently 620/mo and in council tax band E (~30/mo). The deposit is 1,300.

The rent increase in May will likely raise the room to about ~685/mo, but we haven't received formal notice with a specific value yet.

The flatmates are very warm and friendly people! We like to spend time together with the occasional movie night, pub quiz, or meal together. Everyone shares responsibilities and we look out for one another.
