Double room by the Meadows

Hello! I am currently looking to fill a double room on the edge of the Meadows, available to rent from February 1st.

The flat is on the second floor and has two double rooms, large kitchen and living room spaces, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a large shared garden. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and a great view of the Meadows.

You'll be sharing with a second-year PhD student in Geophysics, as well as a one-year-old cat. The ideal flatmate would be a female postgrad or later year undergrad who likes the occasional chat, is fairly tidy, and loves cats!

Non-students are also welcome, but note that full council tax (Band E) applies, with a 25% student discount.
