I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room as she’ll be moving in with her boyfriend soon.
The flat has two bedrooms, plenty of natural light, a spacious living room, a fully furnished kitchen, and a shared bathroom.
The total rent is £1200, but since the room available is smaller, the rent will be £550. You’re welcome to use part of the living area if you’d like extra space for a desk or bookshelf. Bills and council tax come to around £153 each per month.
Internet still needs to be set up, but I’m happy to sort that together.
The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Leith Walk, with a big Tesco and Lidl nearby (10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bus). The area is well connected with buses 10, 11, 36, and more across Leith Walk. There are two big parks close by, a few convenience stores, and a nice pub. It’s a quiet, family-friendly, and pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll be sharing with me, a late 20s female, full-time worker and part-time student and my lovely, friendly cat 🐱.I’m looking for a female flatmate who’s quiet and tidy like me. Preferably no full-time students unless you’re willing to share the council tax.
The room will be available from the 10th of March.
