Double spacious room in Leith to Rent

Currently I’m moving out need someone to replace me and share the bills with the others.

It’s a spacious room in a 4bed room flat (female only) fully furnished with two bathrooms. The building is very safe, enter with passcode. It is located within a residential area, will be quiet. Inside there’s a free access gym included. Neighbours are nice and friendly.

Location wise walkable distance to Sainsbury’s local, Tesco, book shops, board game store and pubs. Bus stop it’s about 3 min walk, literally just outside the residences area. 10-15min to prince’s street on a bus ride or 30-40min walk. There’s a park close by, could sunbath in summer time very convenient, or have a walk to refresh. Walkable distance to a swimming pool, dance and yoga studios.

The bill is shared between all the tenants, would be around £67 per month for council tax, gas £20 electricity £30(depends on the seasons could vary a little)

Flatmates are all girls, working professionals, clean, respectful and easy to live with. Friendly atmosphere but everyone respects personal space.

Practical details (please read before messaging):
• The flat is rented as a whole, and the main contract is held by two tenants
• New person can be added to the main contract
• Rent is paid monthly to one person, and then transfer it directly to the landlord
