A single room to rent from 1st March until the end of May, in a beautiful, cosy 4 bedroom flat. It is shared with 3 professionals who have recently graduated, and we are a tidy, chill flat, as well as sociable.
The flat is located in the Broughton/ Canonmills area; only a 5 minute walk from a large Tesco and Lidl, 15 minute walk from Waverley Station and Princes Street, and is very close to any New Town and Leith Walk spots. Though it is extremely walkable to all city centre spots, we also have the 8 and 9 bus stops a 5 minute walk away.
There is a large communal space, with a huge kitchen, living room and lots of storage space. It is a top- floor flat, in a quiet building. Our council tax is currently £85 each/month. Electricity/gas is around £35 each a month, and £6 for wifi.
