Room between Meadows and Tollcross

Room available between Meadows and the Tollcross, we are looking for someone that can pay for council tax as well which is £76 per month until April which is when it will be reduced, we have 2 flat mates who work and they would have to bare the whole brunt of this which would be unaffordable for them and we like them so the other student and I contribute. Believe we are in Council Tax band E. The flat is quite social with dinner, tea and chats being had in the living room/kitchen.
