The flat is supplied with radiators, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and a lot more.
I am a PhD student in the University of Edinburgh. I like to hang out in the flat, and we have a good living space for meals, games and movie. I also enjoy some alone time every now and then. Not a big party flat, usually like a quiet evening during the week.
The room is available from the 1st of March 2026. I have no council tax exemption (council tax band C). The rent is £600, broadband and bills aren't included.
No pets are allowed in the flat, sadly. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and would love to welcome someone who respectful and inclusive :)
