Bright Dalry flat with swimming pool & terrace

Hi there! :)

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in February/March (dates flexible).

The warm, bright flat is in Dalry, just a 10-minute walk from Haymarket Station, with easy access to all parts of the city.

The flat:

Top-floor apartment with stairs and lift access

Living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two double bedrooms

Shared roof terrace, gym, and swimming pool

I’m looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and respectful, and who treats the shared space with care. I work from home 3 days a week and have a busy social life, so I’m often out of the flat.

Ideally, I’d like someone for a short-term stay (3–6 months)

The council tax band is E.
