A bright and lovely room is becoming available in a fantastic flat in Edinburgh New Town, just a short walk from the Omni Centre and right in the heart of the city.

I had found a friend to take over my room, but unfortunately it fell through - so I’m now looking for a replacement to join the tenancy, as I’m moving out to buy my own place.

You’ll be sharing with one other flatmate (24), who works in theatre. She’s friendly, creative, and easy to live with. The flat is also home to two very quiet and sweet cats, so this would be perfect for someone who enjoys having pets around 🐈‍⬛🐈

Details:
• Joint tenancy
• Move-in from April (just after Easter)
• Rent for April can be adjusted depending on move-in date (though the contract may need to start from the 1st)

It’s a great flat in an unbeatable location - I’ve really loved living here and hope to find someone who will enjoy it just as much.
