Double room to rent

This is a super cute, cosy flat just off the meadows between Tollcross and Bruntsfield. The location is great: you can see the meadows at the end of the street, 10 minutes walk from the library and 20 minutes walk to Princes Street.

There is a Scotmid coop at the other end of the street and plenty of zone 4 parking if you have a car.

I’m moving out and looking for a friendly new flat mate to replace me. The current flat mate is a masters student, but either students or professionals are welcome. We would hope for someone clean and not too much of a party animal to join 😊
