About the flat:
-On Dalkeith Rd, easy walk into the city centre and bus links
-Top floor unit! No worries about upstairs neighbours here :)
-One Bathroom between the 4 of us, barely any times that this has been an issue due to differing start times for work
-Washing machine
-Fully equipped kitchen

About the room:
-furnished with bed, wardrobe, dresser, bed side table, desk, side table, and mirror! (Can leave bedding and pillows if wanted!)
-radiator that’s currently set at being on for 3 hours each morning and night
-Beautiful view out the double glazed European style window

About the flatmates:
-All go about their own thing but we have good chats if we’re in the kitchen or living room at the same time
-Would be 1x female and 2x males staying on
-2 x UK (Scot and NI) and 1x Canadian
-Queer and queer friendly
-We keep the flat relatively clean, no one will grill you for not doing your dishes immediately but we are considerate of the space

About you!
-Ideally around the 23-26 age bracket
-Kind, considerate, respectful, and ready to turn your swag on
- ideally femme or AFAB to balance out the flat
-Willing to have a DMC over cooking tea but have your own time and space
-You will need either a UK guarantor, 6 months of rent in advance, or proof of employment and income.
