My flatmate is moving out of our cosy two-bed flat so looking for someone to take her place. Located just off Mayfield Road and about 20 minutes walk from Newington, move in date beginning of March. My preferred flatmate would be another girl in her 20s or early 30s who is also working but I would consider a postgrad student.

- well stocked Margiotta corner shop 2 minutes away

Bills: £67.00 approx
Council tax: £149.50 each.

About me: I’m 24, originally from just outside Glasgow but went to uni in Edinburgh. I work full time for a national charity doing a mix of work from home and going to the office. I enjoy reading, rock climbing and cooking from time to time. I love exploring Edinburgh’s bookshops, museums and food/drink spots. I’m always up for a chat or a movie/cooking night with a flatmate but am also happy in my own company and will respect your space. I value a tidy environment and a relaxed atmosphere.
