Ideal for someone who wants a nice open personal space or has lots of stuff! The room is the largest of the four bedrooms by far, which is reflected in the rent.
The rest of the flat consists of a big living room, well stocked kitchen space (two ovens!), and a shared bathroom.
You'd be sharing the place with three friendly lads. We're all professionals working in the city who enjoy each other's company and appreciate each other's personal space and time. It's an all round very chill flat, and our neighbours above and below are very nice and quiet!
Council Tax Band G (sorry), with CT + Bills coming to roughly 130pcm (comes down in the warmer months as the flat retains heat well so we don't need to bother with the heating). Broadband is included in the rent (consistent 300 down, 20 up).
