A bright, fully furnished room is available in our semi-detached family home, located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a park in the Craigleith (EH4) area.
The room is situated on the rear ground floor and looks out onto our small, well-kept back garden, which is especially lovely and peaceful during the summer months.

About the household:
We are a friendly, respectful household consisting of:
• Two parents (one retired, one working from home)
• Two male university students
We also have a hypo-allergenic dog and two cats. The cats are restricted to certain rooms, as some household members have allergies.
We are used to sharing our home with people from overseas and are happy to help new arrivals with orientation, transport, and settling into life in Edinburgh.
