Room Available in a Quiet Family Home – Edinburgh

A spacious private room is available in a peaceful and well-maintained family home. Ideal for someone who values cleanliness, privacy, and a calm lifestyle.

We’re looking for a responsible, tidy person who respects quiet hours after 9:30–10:00 pm, pays rent on time, and is looking for a long-term stay.

Kitchen use is important. You must know how to cook properly, clean as you go, and avoid smoke or strong smells. Vegetarian preferred but not essential. Non-veg allowed if not spicy—no fish cooking. Limited oven/airfrier use preferred.

The room is slightly larger with one heater. Heating runs most of the day in winter, though the room may feel a little cool. Not ideal for full-time work from home.

The room includes a private external bathroom. No access to the living room. The kitchen has independent access and opens to the garden (limited use).
