I’m moving out at the end of February,
so we’re looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-person flat🤗
Location: Close to Stockbridge/ Leith
Move-in: 1st March (earlier move-in possible, as from now on)
Rent: £650 per month
Bills: Not included
Council tax: Not required (students only)
Deposit: £750
You’ll be sharing the flat with two female Master’s students at the University of Edinburgh. They’re super friendly, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. We enjoy spending evenings together but also value our own space, a really nice balance 🤗💗 One of the rooms has an en-suite, so you’d only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
