* Bills not included – average £150–£170 pcm (WiFi, electricity, council tax – Band E)
* For council tax reasons, not looking for a student
* Deposit payable via the property manager on move-in

* Quiet area in Newington off the main road with great access to shops, cafes, and parks
* Approx. 30-minute walk to city centre

👋 About Me
I'm 27, work in renewable energy, and lead a fairly busy and social lifestyle when I’m out and about. I work from home in the living room 2-3 days a week (pictured) so ideally someone who has an office or hybrid role as well. Outside of work, I love travelling, catching up with friends, and checking out new cafes and restaurants around the city. I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going – looking for someone similar who values a tidy and relaxed home environment.
