6-month let in Leith flat!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from early March until mid-September as I am moving away temporarily for work.

The room itself is a bright, comfortable double and comes fully furnished. Flat also has a big shared living space and separate kitchen (also decent size). Room has been slightly re-jigged from photos above, but everything you’d need is there (including wardrobe, drawers, and a desk if you ever need to wfh).

The flat is in a brilliant spot right right next to The Shore and all the cafés, bars, and restaurants that come with it. The tram stop a 2 minute walk away, and buses into town are super frequent, so easy to get about. Also has Sainsbury’s across the road and Aldi very close-by as well.

You'd be sharing with two 27-year-old guys who are friendly, sociable, and easy to live with. They're into sports, pub trips, and hanging out in the flat when everyone's around, but they also appreciate a chilled vibe and respect each other's space.

Bills are about £120 a month (council tax, gas/electricity, WiFi).
