Spacious City Centre Room 5th-20th Feb

Hello there,

I live in this lovely and spacious city centre flat with my twin brother Ross. I am going away from the 5th of February to the 20th and so I am renting out my room.

This flat is a 15-20 minute walk to city centre and is in a fantastic and safe area.

You will be staying in my room which has a spacious double and a large wardrobe which will be for you to use during your stay. My brother will be your flatmate during your stay and he is a very friendly guy who also likes his space. It's a perfect balance meaning you can be social in the flat if you want to but you can also easily have your own space.

You are free to use any oils or spices in the cupboard during your stay, and I can leave linen and towels for you.

Just a little extra note for any females looking at renting because I know we worry about these things: My brother was raised alongside a female twin and I think that has made him exceptionally respectful towards women. Women always feel safe and relaxed around him.
