The location is excellent: right next to Harrison Park and close to a Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s. There are multiple bus routes less than a 5-minute walk away, with around a 15–20 minute journey into Edinburgh city centre. Haymarket and Lothian Road are also easily accessible.
The flat is located on the third floor on a quiet, safe street. It has double glazing, a new boiler, and includes a private parking space.
You’d be living with two friendly professionals in their early twenties. We’re sociable and enjoy chatting, sharing dinners or watching TV together, but we’re also respectful of personal space and keep the flat clean and tidy.

Council tax: £79 per month (Band E)
Bills: approximately £30–40 per month
