The room is spacious with a double bed, large sliding wardrobe space and a chest of drawers. My flatmate currently has a desk in the room as well and you can discuss if you want this left or not.
The flat has a separate kitchen and living room, ideal for relaxed evenings and chilling out. The flat also comes with a private parking space which is free with the tenancy. I currently have kitchen appliances such as an air fryer, rice cooker etc in the kitchen also.
It’s in a great location with supermarkets, pubs, cafes, and transport such as the tram, haymarket station and bus links being 5 minutes walk away. City centre is only a 15 minute walk away. It is also walking distance from Murrayfield and Tynecastle for the rugby and football.
The neighbours are also super quiet as is the neighbourhood in general.
