Two rooms available in a spacious, clean flat!

Hiya! We are a clean, respectful, cosy group of flatmates looking to fill two rooms in a two-floor, six-bed, two-bath flat in the West End (EH3). We’re looking for women or non-binary professionals (or students if willing to pay council tax) around our ages (22–29).

Becuase we are filling what used to be a spare room, as well as anticipating a rent raise, the rent is slightly in flux at this point. We will have the details ironed out by mid-February. Currently, room one sit at 620 pounds and room two sits at 650. excluding bills. That would go down once we have a sixth flatmate (515–570 approx.) but back up once we know the rent raise (likely back around 620–700). One room is available March 7, the other is available for move-in in late Feb.

Bedrooms will come furnished with storage, desk, and bed.

Currently, most of us are planning on moving out in October, but you could potentially talk with the letting agency about staying.
