We’re two professional women looking for a third housemate (preferably a woman) to share our bright and cosy home.

The house:

✅Front and back garden
✅Quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood

The room:

✅Available ASAP (ideally by mid-February)
✅Looking for someone interested in staying long-term

Rent & bills:

£490 pcm (rent + council tax)
Bills approx. £50–£70 depending on the season

We’re friendly, sociable professionals who enjoy sharing the occasional meal, watching films or series together, and having a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, easy-going and happy to contribute to a calm, friendly household. Bonus points if you enjoy the odd dinner together, a chilled night in, or the occasional adventure- from dancing to nature walks.
