Hi! I’m a female professional working full-time and looking for a like-minded flatmate to share a cozy and comfortable flat.

I’m generally pretty quiet during the week and enjoy calm evenings in, but I do like to go out socially from time to time and occasionally host cosy brunches/dinners with friends. I love cooking and baking, and I’m always happy to share food—expect the occasional homemade treat!

I’m tidy, respectful, and value a peaceful, friendly living environment. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s considerate, easygoing, and happy with a home that’s social but not a party house.

The area is quiet but very central, with Lidl and Coop just around the corner (plus a couple of Asian supermarkets near by) and 2 gyms (Edinburgh Leisure and Nuffield Health) within a 5 minute walk. Transport is very accessible, with a bus stop across the street (accessible to 2, 3, 4, 25, 33 and 44) and Haymarket station a 5 minute walk away. The rent is £662.50 per month excluding bills - for move in asap.
