Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent a spacious room in a fully furnished flat in Meadowbank. The room has its own private bathroom with bathtub (not ensuite) and includes a TV.

I am a 35 year old woman working at the University, I would prefer professionals, non smokers please.

• Shared office space

Rent: £750 per month + bills + council tax. The flat is on band E of council tax, which is £232 per month. Bills and council tax are on average £180 per month

Location:
• Meadowbank area
• Right next to Holyrood Park
• Excellent bus connections to the city centre

Availability: From 15th March (earlier move-in possible)
