Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and several grocery stores are just 5 minutes away on foot, and Saughton Park is only 1 minute from the flat.

Rent: £570 per month (includes WiFi)
Council tax: approx. £195 per month, shared between the flatmates
Electricity: split monthly between the flatmates.
