Double Room in Polwarth with Shower room

Hey folks,

Regrettably moving out of our two bed flat in Polwarth as I'm moving in with my girlfriend. It's a really well situated place, close to town and a great price.

You'll be moving in with Curtis my flatmate, who works in finance. Chill household, if you're into sports, drinks, pub quizzes, etc. or prefer to do your own thing you'll feel at home.

The room itself is a double, I work from home and could easily fit an even bigger desk in. Fully furnished so comes with the bed (Incredibly comfy!!), wardrobe, sofas, etc. It also has a shower room built in to the room which is very convenient, with the toilet being in the main bathroom. The price is £665 + Bills
