Room for students by the castle! £685

I am sadly leaving my lovely flat. You would be joining two students in final year at UofE one m21 and f22. The flat is located by the castle and close to grassmarket. Guarantor required. Masters and PhD and undergrad students welcome. They need a student for council tax reasons. The pictures include the one that landlord gave when we moved in and a more current one that shows how the rooms been arranged now but you’re more than welcome to rearrange it how you like! All furniture in the picture that landlord gave us is provided. The room is £685 bill not included. Bills are just WiFi and electricity/gas.
