Garden view room on Leith Walk

We have a room available in our gorgeous 5 bed flat! The flat is perfectly positioned for transportation anywhere in and out of town with the tram and buses outside the front door. For shopping we got scotmid and sainsburys less than a minute walk away, loads of other shops all up and down the walk. Beautiful pilrig park is a short 5 minute walk.

About the tenants.
We're all neurodiverse and/or lgbt, 2 of us are vegetarians and one peskiterian. We like board games, arts and crafts etc. We're not really a party flat at all, but we socialise in the kitchen. We respect boundaries and personal space.

We all value living in a clean space, we have a cleaner coming around every other weekend and a cleaning schedule. We all tend to clean as we go to maintain cleanliness.

I have a large Romanian rescue dog that arrived in June. She's doing amazing with her training but there is still work to do on her training.

We all have different schedules so viewings can happen on a varying schedule.
