Large Double Room

I have a bright, spacious double room available in my relaxed, friendly flat from 1st Sept onwards.

The room has recently been refurbished with a new carpet etc. and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, monitor, large set of drawers, and a wardrobe, making it ideal for someone working or studying.

You’ll be sharing the flat with myself for the majority of the time. My wife works in Thailand and I travel a lot to visit her / work from home in Dublin also so the flat will be free often. When I am in Edinburgh, I work from home the majority of the time but occasionally go to the office/travel for work. I am easygoing and respectful and looking for someone similar, and for someone responsible who can look after the flat when I am not here.

- 2-minute walk to the bus stop with the 22 bus reaching Edinburgh city centre in 10–15 minutes
- 10-minute walk to Balgreen tram stop

All bills are included in the rent (WiFi, council tax, heating, etc.), so there are no extra costs.
