Double Room available in 2-bed flat in Dalry

I am looking for a new female flatmate in a 2 bedroom flat in Dalry. The flat would be available from middle of March and is £690 every month (plus bills of ~£50 a month). The flat has a large kitchen and livingroom, and is right next to Haymarket station with many restaurant and food shops close by.

I am a 25 year old PhD student in Informatics. So I am ideally looking for another (postgrad) student, but professionals are welcome if you are willing to pay the council tax by yourself (~£120 per month). In my free time, I like to do a lot of crafts such as knitting and sewing.
