Room for rent in Marchmont!

A room is coming available in our 3bed flat at the end of February. The room is the biggest in the flat, two double wardrobes and a big built in desk. Rent would be £665 a month plus tax/bills. There is a separate kitchen and lounge, both decent sizes that are homely and well kitted out. There is parking available on site if you have a car.

The two of us staying are women 29/27, from NZ/scotland. One of us works 9-5, mostly in the office and the other works in hospitality (day/evening shifts). We both have quite busy schedules and like to go away in the weekends hiking/camping but like to go to gigs/socialise/cook together when we’re home! Hoping to find someone we can become friends with as well as housemates :)
