Looking for flatmate

Looking for a flatmate for a furnished double room in Leith near ocean terminal.
The flat is spacious, on 4th Floor with south facing windows giving plenty sunlight throughout the year.
There is ample storage space in the corridor and the bedroom has big wardrobe.
The flat has all facilities and appliances for kitchen, laundry, high speed internet, television screen.
I am a working professional with hybrid working. I work from home on most days but go to office once every two weeks or so. It’s not fixed.
Working professionals are preferred over students.
