Double Room near Royal Mile | with Parking Space

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join our beautiful home long term. We hope to find someone who is friendly, quiet, respectful and clean.

The house is a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom terraced house at the bottom of the Royal Mile. It has a huge shared living room and kitchen downstairs, and all the bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. There is also a free parking space for residents.

The room is a double room, fully furnished, with large built-in wardrobe. And the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need!

We are in an amazing location, 10-15 mins walk to Waverley station and Princes street. The bus number 35 stops right outside too.

You’ll be sharing with Kaitlyn (PhD student) and Yasmine (full time professional), and we’ve lived here since 2022. We are looking for another full time professional or a student who is willing to contribute to council tax.

The gas, electricity and internet bills come to around £55 a month.
