Bright & Friendly Room in Tollcross

I’m moving out of my lovely room in Tollcross and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 12th March (flexible, but ideally mid-March).

🏡 The Flat & Atmosphere
You’ll be joining a spacious flat currently shared with three other friendly flatmates (five in total). Another new housemate will also be moving in March, so it’s a great time to join!
Everyone has different schedules, so the flat never feels crowded. We’re all independent and respectful of each other’s space, but we enjoy the occasional kitchen chat or relaxed dinner together. The overall vibe is easy-going, warm, and welcoming – we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here.

📍 Location – Tollcross (Super Central!)
The flat is in a fantastic, central location in Tollcross:
~15 minutes’ walk to the main campus of the University of Edinburgh
~20 minutes’ walk to Edinburgh Napier University (Merchiston Campus)
10–15 minutes to Princes Street, Lothian Street & Fountainbridge
Just a short stroll to The Meadows – perfect for runs or sunny afternoons
3 minutes from the iconic Cameo Cinema

🛒 Shops & Amenities
Plenty of grocery stores nearby (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Poundland & more), great cafés, bars, and everything you need within walking distance.

💡 Bills
Gas & electricity are not included and usually come to around £50 per month (a little higher in winter).

🔒 Area
Safe, lively but peaceful, and incredibly convenient.

If you’re looking for a comfortable home in a brilliant central location with friendly flatmates, this could be perfect for you.

NB: Professionals are welcome but will have to pay council tax as the currents tenants are students.
