Double room in central Edinburgh flat

Hey there 🌸 were looking for a new long term flatmate to move in for the 1st of March. The flat is in EH1, just off Lothian Road and rent is £580 with Council Tax band F. Bills are approximately £30-60 depending on the season. Because its so central bus, tram and train links are super easy and convenient!

The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, large drawers and a large wardrobe. Theres no living room but a couch in a spacious kitchen and a large bathroom as well. Theres no smoking inside the flat and unfortunately we wont be able to have any pets. It is a 3rd floor, top floor flat with stair access so might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. We would be happy to live with a mature/post graduate student if you pay council tax.

Our names are Sarah and Nina, aged 28 and 26 both working full time 9-5. Were looking for an easy going girl around a similar age and work schedule to join us. Sarah mostly work from home in the public sector and Nina works hybrid for a university. Were fairly relaxed and have a positive vibe in the flat, so would like someone who fits in well with that, and would like to build a friendship 😌💖.
