My current flatmate is leaving so I'm looking for another compatible flatmate to enjoy this beautiful aparment with!
Move-in date could be anyday between 7th to 24th of March.

What you'll get:

A double room with a private toilet and a walk-in closet in a shared two bedroom flat.

The kitchen is recently renovated with all the necessary appliances (such as a dishwasher!), and the living room is quite big and features a 55" TV to properly enjoy films!

The apartment is in Meadowbank, literally 2 minutes walk from the shopping plaza that has a big Sainsbury's, Lidl, Home Bargains etc.

Breakdown of costs:

- Rent: 760£ pcm
- Electricity&gas: ~70£ (for winter months)
- Internet: 15£
- Council tax is Band C although if you're a student you don't have to pay anything.

The tenancy is managed by a (good) letting agency.

You'll be living with:

Me, Orpheas (30 yo), a PhD student here at UoE (in Informatics).
During the weekdays I mostly keep a 9-5 working schedule and work almost exclusively from my office at the campus.
I tend to sleep a bit early during the week so I'm looking for someone that has similarish working schedule (let's say night-owls are not an ideal match).
During the weekend I like to take it easy by trying out new cooking recipes and doing cycling trips out and about.

As a plus, during summer and winter months I usually take a trip abroad to visit fam and friends, so you'll get plenty of opportunities to enjoy the apartment to yourself!

I'm looking for someone that I can have a chat with and generally have a nice home vibe.
