Flat at the top of Leith walk

Hello! Our housemate is moving out and we need a new person to move in! We are all friendly and sociable and looking for someone to live with us who will enjoy having dinners and evenings hanging out in the living room together. Hoping to find someone who feels more like a pal than just a roommate! We enjoy going on walks, going to the pub together and hanging out in the lounge with a coffee on sunday mornings. The flat is absolutely stunning - big rooms and windows, wooden floors and a decorative ceiling in the lounge. The flat also has lots of storage and this bedroom in particular is massive so ample space if you have lots of stuff.
