Lovely student flat in marchmont

Hello,

We are three girls looking for a fourth flatmate to join us for our final year at the University of Edinburgh! This is a student flat so no couples/families or anyone not enrolled in education (also no pets).

The room will be available from 1st June and rent (£825 + bills) will needed to be taken over from then. This is a Marchmont based flat. Only a 15 minute walk from George square and on main bus links for the Kings Buildings.

It’s a gorgeous flat with a large living/kitchen space, large bedrooms with lots of light. The room is southern facing, large window and has a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed and wall mounted mirror. Gets morning and evening sunlight! Shared bathroom with shower/bath.

We are a social flat who like to host dinners/gatherings so looking for someone who would like to part of this too! We love a relaxed night in watching a film or playing a game, cooking and eating together, dinner parties and the occasional night out. Lovely pubs near by that we can be found in with a pack of cards.
