In a two-bedroom flat, a double bedroom will be available for (female ONLY) preferably a student to share with me (PhD student) from 01/04/2026. Flexible move-in date from 20/03/2026 if needed.

The flat is located in semi-new buildings in Sinclair Place (a tranquil and convenient area) on Gorgie Street.

Just a 5-minute walk to the gym and supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Aldi.

Very close to the complex and three bus stations, with access to bus numbers 25, 3, 33, 2, 34, 38 and 100.

Rent is £680 per month excluding bills. The heating system is gas, and all windows are double-glazed, hence usually there are not huge bills (£40-90).

The floor is parquet and each room has its own bathroom. The flat also includes a dishwasher and dryer.
