This is a 4 bedroom flat so I am applying for an HMO licence but I am told that will take 3-12 months to come through. In the meantime I am only allowed to rent rooms to a maximum of “two family groups”. People who are related or in a relationship form a “family group”. I can rent out more than 2 rooms to siblings, cousins, etc. Please ask about the other rooms if this is of interest.
