Room to let - West End

​I’ve got a spare room gathering dust in my flat and I’m looking for a housemate to fill it.

​The flat is in a great spot in the West End, with easy access to the tram, Haymarket and Waverley. It’s a top-floor place, but the upside is roof access with views out to the Pentlands and a view of the Castle (just about).

I’m pretty quiet at home. Most of my time is spent reading, cooking, or fussing over my houseplants. I’m looking for someone who’s broadly the same, ideally someone who appreciates a calm environment.

You’ll also be sharing with my cat Baboo, and I'm afraid ​I’m a smoker, though never indoors.

Open to someone to stay long term, though students or similar also welcome.
