• The flat layout is 2b2b. You’ll be living in the master bedroom.
Most basic household items are already provided, including an ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning supplies, yoga mat, clothes rack, door stopper and weighing scale, etc.

• The flat is well equipped with most everyday essentials. I will clear my personal belongings before you move in.
(Perfumes on the shelf are free to use!) If you have any additional needs, feel free to let me know in advance.

• My current flatmate is very quiet and easygoing, so we would hope the new tenant is also considerate — keeping noise levels low, not bringing guests back frequently, and maintaining a clean shared space.
