Lodger for room in 2 Bed House

A small Double bed room in my house.
Located at the edge of Harrison Park near the Union Canal. With great bus connections to the city centre or a short walk to nearby Fountain Park or Tollcross.
Permit parking and far enough out to avoid most of the rush hour traffic.
I have a cat called bramble and i work full time in Software both office/remote.
I am very outsoorsy and varied taste in music.
I still am doing work to renovate such as painting but the house is fully livable and there is a shared living room / kitchen / bathroom.
There is also a garden for storing stuff both front and back.
Im super active and often out and about.
Looking to share with someone who likes doing activities, is often out and about and is happy to live with a cat.
All bills included, + council tax (Tax band D)
