Double Room in Cosy Leith Flat !!

hello !
my lovely flatmate is moving in with her partner so I'm looking for a new flatmate in our little 2-bed flat on london road (near to leith walk & easter road/abbey hill)

the flat is small but cosy, and in an excellent location. i'm a phd student in the history of art, so I'm ideally looking for another student for council tax reasons. if you're happy to pay council tax (band B -i believe there is a discount on offer when living with a student), then i'm OK with non-students too! if you're a student the rent + bills comes to £550 p/m, with council tax it will be £630 (you'll have the bigger room, just to make this more fair)

a bit more about me: i'm maddie, 28, and as aforementioned, undertaking a phd at the univeristy of edinburgh. it's hard to know what to say about myself on these things but i'm interested in modernist art, i read alot, i spend alot of time with my friends, and i'm in athens often so there will be weeks where you'll have the flat to yourself etc etc, blah blah. i'm hoping to find a quiet and clean/ tidy (!!) flatmate who is keen to make our flat feel like home. please let me know a little about yourself (as tricky as that can be!) & your move in dates etc.
