Looking for someone to move into a 3 bedroom flat until the end of May, 2027. Both the current occupants are students studying Physics at Heriot-Watt University, who are going into their 5th year in September.

The flat contains all the main things like gas central heating, internet, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc. Bills are not included with rent, and they are about £33 pppm. The flat is a couple minutes walk away from a Lidl and Co-op, and has close access to the number 2, 25 and 33 buses. The flat is about 15 minutes by bus from Waverly Station and 35 minutes from Heriot-Watt Campus.

We are looking for STUDENTS ONLY, to ensure that the tenants are exempt from council tax. We aren't picky about which university you go to though.
