Double room in modern ground floor flat

My current flatmate is moving out to live with family and I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy from end of April/start of May.

A bit about the flat/room
A bright ground-floor, main door, two-bedroom apartment located within a peaceful modern development in Orchard Brae. The flat is within walking distance of the Stockbridge area with its many cafes, bars, and independent shops. The city centre, West End, and the Western general hospital are also easily accessible on foot or by public transport. Haymarket station is an 18 minute walk away.

As we are a ground floor flat we have our own private entrance and a small front garden. The property also benefits from its own private allocated parking space and on street permit parking. The room available is a double room with built in wardrobe/slide robes and lots of storage!

A bit about me: I’m a 30-year-old female from Ireland (Derry girl). I moved to Edinburgh almost three years ago and have lived in this flat for the last year and a half. I work as a fully nhs Dentist Monday-Friday so I’m usually quite busy during the week but I’m usually around at weekends. I live a very active lifestyle and enjoy running, pilates, walking and strength training. I also enjoy exploring the city, and spending time with friends, and I’d love a flatmate who would be open to occasionally hanging out and becoming friends rather than just sharing a space.

I’m looking for someone with similar interests who is friendly, respectful, and considerate. Keeping the flat clean and tidy is really important to me, especially in the shared areas, so I’d love someone who feels the same.
