Accomodation: Advertising for a flatmate take the other room in my flat! It is a very spacious flat in the Abbeyhill area of town, just off of London Road. It is £750 per month, and bills are £139.62 each per month. It is Council Tax Band C. The room is available from 1st May 2026.
The room is double with room for a desk (which is not included) and you would have sole use of the main bathroom (which includes a bath) as the other room has an ensuite. Kitchen and living are shared with spacious dining area. The flat is furnished but is on the third floor so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The flat is ideally located between Leith Walk and Easter Road, with easy access to large supermarkets, Calton Hill, Holyrood and lots of wee cafes. It is a quiet yet fun area with good bus links to the rest of town.
