My room has just become available since I had decided to move out. I am very sad to be leaving because this truly is a beautiful property, my only reason is because my best friend has recently moved to Edinburgh and I would love to live with her!
This is such a light, airy, spacious flat on Leith Walk with a fantastic commute to city centre. 30 min walk or 15 mins by bus/tram direct.
This flat is modern, clean and just a wonderful place to call home!
My housemate is absolutely lovely, we were very lucky to find eachother on SpareRoom! She is super tidy, very respectful and it would be lovely to set up a meet just to get to know you!

There is also two sofas now which aren’t displayed in the pictures and a tv to make it more homely!
